FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Absolutely! We always offer free gift wrap for in store and online purchases. When ordering online, just include any gift wrapping instructions in the "Notes" section in the shopping cart. Please also let us know what you'd like the tag on the gift to say.

Of course! When you get to the shipping options part of check out you can select in store pick up at any of our 3 stores. You will get a call or text when its ready. We will hold in store pick up orders for 90 days.

If an item says sold out online that means it is also sold out in stores. But check back, we restock our best sellers all the time!

You may choose to have your online order shipped within the US, just select that option at check out. Online orders will be ready to ship within 1-3 business days, and will arrive in approximately 2-10 business days after shipping date. If you need to expedite shipment please email us at phina@phinashop.com. This applies only to the continental United States.
