Refund & Return Policy

ONLINE RETURNS

Within 21 days of purchase, email phina@phinashop.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and phone number. Once approved, ship items back within 5 days to: Phina Returns, 1305 Distributors Row, Ste A, Elmwood, LA 70123

Items must be unworn and unused with Phina tags. Refunds are applied to your original payment method within 7–14 days. Original shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

FINAL SALE — No Returns:

       Perishable items

       Custom orders

       Seasonal items within 14 days of the holiday (Halloween: 10/17/26 | Christmas: 12/10/26 | Mardi Gras: 1/26/27 | Easter: 3/21/27)

ONLINE EXCHANGES

To exchange an item, follow the return process above, then place a new order. To apply a previous discount to your new order, email phina@phinashop.com.

IN-STORE PICKUP

Select in-store pickup at checkout — it’s free. Orders are ready within 1–3 business days; we’ll call or text when yours is ready. Orders held for 90 days. After 90 days, unclaimed orders are restocked with no refund.

SHIPPING

Select shipping at checkout. Orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive in approximately 2–10 business days (continental US only). Need expedited shipping? Email phina@phinashop.com.

If your actual shipping cost exceeds what was calculated at checkout, we’ll contact you to confirm before processing.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

       Damaged: Email phina@phinashop.com within 5 days of delivery.

       Lost: Email us if your order hasn’t arrived within 12 days of your shipping confirmation.

Phina is not responsible for packages marked as delivered. In that case, please file a claim directly with the carrier.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be canceled the same day (during store hours) if not yet processed. Shipped orders cannot be canceled. To cancel, email phina@phinashop.com

IN-STORE RETURNS

       Full-priced items with receipt → refund

       Gifts → store credit

       Items purchased to qualify for a free gift → store credit
