Use and Care:

  • Place diffuser vase on a flat, stable surface
  • Holding glass at base, carefully twist the cork out of the container
  • Extend the stem of the flower fully and place it into the bottle, ensuring that the wire located within the wick is fully inserted into the neck of the container
  • Enjoy the fragrance as well as the beauty of the flower as it blooms for up to 60 days
  • When all the oil has been diffused and the flower begins to dry out, replace your Flower Diffuser

IN-STORE PICKUP

Select in-store pickup at checkout — it’s free. Orders are ready within 1–3 business days; we’ll call or text when yours is ready. Orders held for 90 days. After 90 days, unclaimed orders are restocked with no refund.

SHIPPING

Select shipping at checkout. Orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive in approximately 2–10 business days (continental US only). Need expedited shipping? Email phina@phinashop.com.

If your actual shipping cost exceeds what was calculated at checkout, we’ll contact you to confirm before processing.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

Damaged: Email phina@phinashop.com within 5 days of delivery.
Lost: Email us if your order hasn’t arrived within 12 days of your shipping confirmation.

Phina is not responsible for packages marked as delivered. In that case, please file a claim directly with the carrier.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Within 21 days of purchase, email phina@phinashop.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and phone number. Once approved, ship items back within 5 days to:

Items must be unworn and unused with Phina tags. Refunds are applied to your original payment method within 7–14 days. Original shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
