Due to the nature of how these tiles are made some may have slight imperfections which do not effect your Mahjong game! Upon initial unwrapping, a small amount of residue may be present from the production process. A quick wipe with a clean cloth will easily remove it and will not impact gameplay.  Please note that photos on our website may be edited, which can cause slight differences in color compared to the actual product. 

Keep your tiles dry— too much exposure to moisture can cause damage. To clean, use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe the surface. Do not submerge in water. Store flat in a cool, dry place, and avoid exposure to direct sunlight or humidity.
