Please note that the mat’s border may not lay completely flush initially but typically flattens out with regular use. We recommend noting the color of the mat’s border prior to purchase to ensure it meets your expectations. If you are ordering a monogram on your mat, please allow additional shipping time for customization. Slight color variations may occur due to the printing process.
Please note that photos on our site may be edited, which can cause slight differences in color compared to the actual product. 

Mats are machine washable and dryer safe. Wash on a gentle cycle and tumble dry. Do not bleach or direct contact iron. For spot cleaning, use a mild detergent and a soft cloth. To maintain vibrant colors, avoid prolonged direct sunlight.

Select in-store pickup at checkout — it’s free. Orders are ready within 1–3 business days; we’ll call or text when yours is ready. Orders held for 90 days. After 90 days, unclaimed orders are restocked with no refund.

SHIPPING

Select shipping at checkout. Orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive in approximately 2–10 business days (continental US only). Need expedited shipping? Email phina@phinashop.com.

If your actual shipping cost exceeds what was calculated at checkout, we’ll contact you to confirm before processing.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

Damaged: Email phina@phinashop.com within 5 days of delivery.
Lost: Email us if your order hasn’t arrived within 12 days of your shipping confirmation.

Phina is not responsible for packages marked as delivered. In that case, please file a claim directly with the carrier.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Within 21 days of purchase, email phina@phinashop.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and phone number. Once approved, ship items back within 5 days to:

Items must be unworn and unused with Phina tags. Refunds are applied to your original payment method within 7–14 days. Original shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
