When do babies start teething? In the first few months, babies start to explore their surroundings and learn through mouthing. This stage of development prepares them for teething and eating foods. Around six months, babies will be able to grip easily, and teething will begin.

You may choose to have your online order shipped within the US, just select that option at check out. Online orders will be ready to ship within 1-3 business days, and will arrive in approximately 2-10 business days after shipping date. If you need to expedite shipment please email us at phina@phinashop.com. This applies only to the continental United States.

Please note: If your actual shipping charges exceed the amount initially calculated at checkout, you will be responsible for the additional fees. We’ll notify you before processing your order to confirm any extra charges. Thank you for your understanding!

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your order was damaged during shipment please email us at phina@phinashop.com within 5 days of receiving the package and we will file a claim with the carrier. If you have not received your order within 12 days of shipping confirmation please email us at phina@phinashop.com.

*Phina is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information reports delivered to the address provided, in this case it is the recipient's responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.

IN STORE PICK UP
You may choose to pick up your online order at any of our stores at no charge, just select that option at check out. Online orders will be ready for in-store pick up within 1-3 business days. Please wait for a phone call or text letting you know that your order is ready for pick up. Orders will be held for 90 days, after which, customers will receive a final notice phone call and or/an email. If an order is not picked up after 90 days, the order will be restocked, and is not eligible for refund.

RETURNS ON ONLINE ORDERS:
Within 21 days of the purchase date, please email your return request to phina@phinashop.com and include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and your phone number. Once your return request is received and approved, you will have 5 days to ship the item(s) back to us at 3717 Veterans Blvd. Metairie, LA 70002. Items must be unworn and unused, with Phina tags.

Once your return is received, we will credit your original form of payment and email your receipt. Please allow 7-14 days for your refund to be processed. Original shipping charges are not refundable and customer must pay for return shipping.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The following are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

  • Sale items 30% off or more
  • Perishable items (food, etc)
  • Custom orders
  • Seasonal items within 14 days of the holiday (last day to return Halloween: 10/17/25, Christmas: 12/10/25, Mardi Gras: 2/3/26, Easter: 3/21/26)

EXCHANGES ON ONLINE ORDERS
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the item you would like to return and then place a new order for the item you would like in exchange. If you need to apply prior discounts on your new order, please email us at phina@phinashop.com

Online orders may be canceled within the same day and during store hours, if the order has not been processed yet. Once orders have been shipped they cannot be canceled. If you would like to cancel an order please email us at phina@phinashop.com with your name and order number. Or call us at 504-888-4141 during store hours.

RETURN POLICY FOR IN STORE PURCHASES

Within 14 days of purchase:

  • Full priced items with receipt may be refunded
  • Gifts will receive store credit
  • Items purchased to qualify for a free gift can be returned for store credit
  • All items must be unworn, unused and with Phina tags
