Select shipping at checkout. Orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive in approximately 2–10 business days (continental US only). Need expedited shipping? Email phina@phinashop.com.

If your actual shipping cost exceeds what was calculated at checkout, we’ll contact you to confirm before processing.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

Damaged: Email phina@phinashop.com within 5 days of delivery.
Lost: Email us if your order hasn’t arrived within 12 days of your shipping confirmation.

Phina is not responsible for packages marked as delivered. In that case, please file a claim directly with the carrier.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Within 21 days of purchase, email phina@phinashop.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and phone number. Once approved, ship items back within 5 days to:
