Please wait until we call or text you that your order is ready. Your items may be at a different Phina location and need to be sent to the store you picked, so the store may not have them yet.

Orders are held for 90 days. After 90 days, unclaimed orders are restocked with a restocking fee equal to your order total. 

SHIPPING

Select shipping at checkout. Orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive in approximately 2–10 business days (continental US only). Need expedited shipping? Email phina@phinashop.com.

If your actual shipping cost exceeds what was calculated at checkout, we’ll contact you to confirm before processing.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

Damaged: Email phina@phinashop.com within 5 days of delivery.
Lost: Email us if your order hasn’t arrived within 12 days of your shipping confirmation.

Phina is not responsible for packages marked as delivered. In that case, please file a claim directly with the carrier.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Within 21 days of purchase, email phina@phinashop.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and phone number. Once approved, ship items back within 5 days to:

Items must be unworn and unused with Phina tags. Refunds are applied to your original payment method within 7–14 days. Original shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
